Reports provides an export-oriented sales reporting view based on actual sales records.

Purpose

Use Reports when you need a clean extract for finance, ops, or external analysis.

The page focuses on:

• Date-bounded sales retrieval
• Customer and SKU filtering
• Downloading report outputs

Filters

Reports supports these filter controls:

• Customer (all or specific customer)
• SKU (all or specific SKU)
• Timeframe preset
• Custom start/end dates (for custom timeframe)

Timeframe Presets

• Yesterday
• Last week
• Last month
• This month
• Last quarter
• This quarter
• Custom

Report Output

The report table returns sales-level rows with calculated totals.

Core fields include:

• Date
• Customer
• SKU
• Volume (cases)
• Price per case
• Revenue
• COGS
• W&D
• Contribution

Exports

Two export formats are available:

• CSV download
• TSV download (Excel-friendly)

Exports use the currently filtered dataset.

Data Source

Reports is powered by sales/actuals data. If no rows are returned, check:

• Actuals have been uploaded or created
• Date range includes available sales
• Customer/SKU filters are not over-constrained
